Problem:

The team had a new mental health tool that needed to be scaled quickly. They were considering whether they could sell standalone or should include it with their current Injury Case Management solution.

  • Averaging 15 meetings per month with several pushing forward into later stages in the funnel
  • Discovered through our outreach that mental health as a standalone was not a big priority for all organizations. But, combined with injury case management, there was a lot of potential. So we figured out an outbound strategy for their new mental health product, Tempo Live
